Peri Peri Soya Chaap

Directions

Step 1 :
Take out the soya chaaps from can.

Step 2 :
Wash them thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Step 3 :
Boil the soya chaaps for 15 minutes & keep it aside.

Step 4 :
To prepare peri peri sauce, add red bell pepper, crushed garlic, vinegar, coriander leaves, salt to taste, red dried chillies & 1-tsp mustard oil into grinding jar. Blend all together into a smooth paste

Step 5 :
Apply sauce on soya chaaps and marinate it for about 15-20 minutes. In a grilling pan add 1-tbsp mustard oil and heat it on high flame.

Step 6 :
Place the marinated soya chaaps and grill until golden brown & cooked well.

Step 7 :
Peri peri soya chaaps are ready, serve them with your favourite dip & salad.
