Chicken Tikka Pie 🥧✨

Crispy, flaky, and packed with juicy tikka chicken – this is comfort food at its finest!

Made with Kawan Paratha and Kashish Tikka Paste for maximum flavor with minimal effort 🧡

Ingredients:

Kawan Paratha: 1 piece
Chicken Tikka Paste: 2 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Boneless Chicken: 100g (diced)
Salt & Pepper: to taste
Egg: 1 (beaten, for egg wash)
Sesame Seeds: for garnish

Method:

1️⃣ Heat a skillet and melt the butter
2️⃣ Add diced chicken and sauté until lightly cooked
3️⃣ Season with salt and pepper
4️⃣ Add chicken tikka paste and mix well. Roast for 3-4 minutes
5️⃣ Place the paratha flat, add the tikka filling on one half
6️⃣ Fold the paratha over to close like a pie
7️⃣ Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
8️⃣ Air fry at 160°C for 25 minutes until golden and crispy
9️⃣ Serve hot with chutney or your favorite dip!
